Trade-in Form: Save up to $250

Toyotomi is offering a Trade-In program for older Toyotomi products.  REE and Toyotomi are offering an incentive to customer owning older Toyotomi heaters to replace these units with a new Toyotomi L-731/2, L-531/2, or L-301/2.  Customers who trade in their old Toyostove or Oil Miser vented heater for a new L-731/2 vented heater will receive a discount of $250.00 off the purchase price (Toyotomi U.S.A., Inc. picks up $150.00 and REE picks up $100.00).  Customer who trade-in their old Toyostove or Oil Miser vented heater for a new L-531/2 vented heater will receive a discount of $200.00 off the purchase price (Toyotomi U.S.A., Inc. picks up $125.00 and REE picks up $75.00).  Customer who trade-in their old Toyostove or Oil Miser vented heater for a new L-301/2 vented heater will receive a discount of $150.00 off the purchase price (Toyotomi U.S.A., Inc. picks up $100.00 and REE picks up $50.00).  This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions.

Offer:  Trade in one of the eligible Toyotomi units for a new Toyotomi L-731/2 and consumer will receive $250.00 off the purchase of the new unit. Trade in one of the eligible Toyotomi units for a new Toyotomi L-531/2 and consumer will receive $200.00 off the purchase of the new unit. Trade in one of the eligible Toyotomi units for a new Toyotomi L-301/2 and consumer will receive $150.00 off the purchase of the new unit.  This offer does not apply to sales to customer who live outside of dealers’ territory.
Qualifying Toyotomi Trade-In models:  L-30, OM-22, OM-23, L-52, L-56, L-72, L-73

Purchase Price to Consumer:  The Dealer’s invoice/Bill of Sale to the consumer must clearly show the Suggested Retail Price suggested by the Distributor (or a lesser amount if Dealer prefers) appropriate Toyotomi Trade-In Allowance and the net amount to the consumer.

TIMING: The promotion period is December 1, 2024 thru January 31, 2025. All claims must be submitted by REE to Toyotomi within 45 days of sale.  Claims received after 45 days of sale will be disqualified. Toyotomi will reimburse REE within 30 days of receiving valid claims accompanied by required documentation and circuit boards from the Toyotomi main circuit boards with wiring attached.

CO-OP ADVERTISING: Dealers should advertise this Toyotomi Trade-In Program using TOYOTOMI’s Co-Op Advertising Program.

IMPORTANT

To qualify for the $150.00/$125.00 Allowance Credit from Toyotomi, all circuit boards out of Trade-in Toyotomi units must be returned by REE to Toyotomi with original wiring attached to the board.  (BOARD ALONE W/O WIRING ATTACHED IS NOT SUFFICIENT.) All circuit boards must be tagged with customer’s name, address and phone number.
